Pursuant to Articles 12 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Michal Ďuriš, DRSMHL83L26Z155G, as the group’s representative and data controller (the Controller) pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, point 7, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, issues this information notice to the data subjects, namely all those who visit the website: torinostringensemble.com, or to the Users registered therein (together, the Data Subjects).

Terms indicated with a capital letter have the meaning attributed to them in the Terms of Use.

1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The Controller may process the following personal data in electronic format: name, surname, username, password, telephone number, email address, etc.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The personal data collected are used to ensure the functionality of the Site and the services requested such as the sale of products; carry out, if necessary, a promotional and newsletter service, subject to the express consent of the Data Subject.

3. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA

To provide its services, the Controller uses third-party service providers of various nature (so-called data processors). With each of them, the Controller enters into a contract that imposes maximum confidentiality and the adoption of specific security measures according to the guidelines set by the European Data Protection Board and other competent authorities.

The data processors to whom the Controller may communicate personal data are:

  • storage service providers (e.g., Aruba cloud);
  • consultants and professional service providers (e.g., accounting or legal firms);
  • entities that perform customer assistance activities (e.g., call centers, help desks, etc.);
  • entities that carry out marketing activities, market research or contribute to the promotion of the Site or provide commercial information (if the Data Subject has given specific consent to processing for these purposes).
  • The list of data processors can always be requested from the Controller by writing to the address indicated in point 8 below.

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union. However, if they were, the Controller would inform the Data Subjects and adopt one of the measures provided for by law (standard clauses, communication to countries approved by the European Commission, BCR, express consent of the Data Subject).

Personal data are not subject to dissemination.

4. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Users’ personal data are retained for the duration of their registration. Subsequently, the data are retained for 10 years and in any case for the period necessary for the statute of limitations to expire regarding possible actions or claims by the User. In this case, the data are stored discreetly and subject to particular restrictive measures limiting access.

Any data collected for the newsletter service or commercial communications are deleted when the User unsubscribes from such service.

Other retention terms are indicated in the cookie policy.

Data may be processed for a further period if the purposes of processing change (e.g., exercise of Data Subject rights, litigation or threat of legal action, etc.).

In these latter cases, the data will be processed only for the time necessary to protect rights.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The Controller processes personal data based on the express consent given by the Data Subject.

Other processing may be carried out by the Controller if required by law (e.g., billing data for product sales) or by order of the authorities (e.g., disclosure of information in investigations) or if provided for in contracts.

6. MINORS

In accordance with Article 2 quinquies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, minors under 14 years of age are not allowed to express their consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the direct offer of information society services. For the participation of such minors, parental consent is required.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Data Subject may at any time ask the Controller to confirm whether personal data processing concerning them is in progress, indicating the purposes and categories of data. In this case, the Data Subject can always:
  • request access to and rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
  • request the erasure of data (when one of the conditions indicated in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation occurs and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article);
  • request the restriction of processing (when one of the hypotheses indicated in Article 18, paragraph 1 of the Regulation occurs);
  • obtain a copy of the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (in cases where the legal basis for processing is the contract or consent and the same is carried out by automated means – so-called right to data portability);
  • object to processing in the event of particular situations concerning them;
  • withdraw consent (limited to cases where processing is based on consent).

8. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

To exercise the rights indicated in the previous paragraph, as well as to receive further information, the Data Subject can contact the Controller by writing to the email address: clienti@dreamersmanagement.it

The Data Subject, in case they detect unlawful processing or in case they believe that the Controller has not properly responded to the exercise of the rights referred to in the previous paragraph, may lodge a complaint or appeal to the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 following the procedures and forms published on the website garanteprivacy.it.

The Data Subject may also always directly contact the appropriate judicial authorities as provided for in Article 79 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

COOKIES POLICY

When accessing the website, so-called “cookies”, i.e., files that allow obtaining information about the pages visited to make the use of various services faster (technical cookies), are sent from our servers to the terminals of the Data Subjects.

In addition to using this type of cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how Data Subjects interact with the website platform and to provide them with information on products or services that may interest them (third-party cookies).

If Data Subjects wish to prevent cookies from tracking their activity, they should modify their browser settings. If technical cookies are disabled, the correct use of the services offered on the site is not guaranteed.
