The Torino String Ensemble was born from the meeting of six musicians united by years of friendship and a strong artistic bond, enriched by the heterogeneous qualities and experiences of each of them.
A city with great musical tradition, it is the cradle of this project and the place where the members' lives have intertwined and rooted themselves.
The ensemble is characterized by its flexibility : from trio to sextet it explores traditional repertoire and new compositions, representing the infinite potential that the union of a string group can create.
The promotion of new pieces and collaboration with contemporary composers are key aspects of the project, to enrich the repertoire and keep the evolution of musical language alive.
Alongside its concert activity, the ensemble is dedicated to training young talents, providing opportunities for musical growth and development for new generations. Moreover, the concerts are often introduced by a listening guide, striving to bring more and more people closer to the beauty of string music, making it accessible and exciting for all.
